Client Grievance Status

You are only able to view the status of a Client Grievance Report if you are the individual who filled out the report. At the time you filled out the report - you would have been given the Company Number, Report Number and Password.

You should fill out the required information and click the Login Button to view the current status.

If you have lost this information, you will not be able to access the report.

Accreditation Now cannot assist you in retrieving this information.
