Individual Training Report Help

Overview - This report will detail the status of trainings for all staff members or an individual staff member. Columns on the left will show trainings taken and passed, along with the date the training was taken and has a checkbox to keep track of which trainings have had certificates printed for the staff member. The columns on the right will detail trainings that have not been taken or the last date the training was attempted and failed. This report can be used by HR to ensure that training for all staff members is up to date.

User Drop Down List Box - This will allow you to view all staff members (default - All Users) or you may select an individual to view/print only that staff member's results.

Refresh Button - Clicking the Refresh Button will read the database and generate the report based on the most current information.

Print Button - Will send the current report to the printer.

Save Button - Will save any boxes that were checked to show that certificates had been printed for staff members.
