Anonymous Surveys

Accreditation Now has multiple surveys available for our subscribers. We have paper copies that can be found in our document section and electronic versions that can be taken online. The electronic versions mirror our paper copies so surveys can be filled out by hand and then entered into the system or they can be taken online. Results are tabulated online for our subscribers. You simply select the time frame (start and end date) for the time period you would like to see results. Survey reports will show the total number of surveys taken, low and high score, average score, favorable/unfavorable percentages and percentages for each score (agree, disagree, etc.). In addition, some surveys are broken down by gender, age, time in program, etc. and these scores are also tabulated. This allows an organization to isolate which groups might be having trouble understanding services offered or have trouble understanding the assessment process, etc.

Community Stakeholder Surveys – Available online and can be linked to from your organization’s website.
