Our CARF® trainings come in both paper and electronic form. Your staff can take the trainings online and a record will be kept of when the trainings were taken and passed. The individual at your organization responsible for ensuring that your organization’s CARF® training requirements are met can assign due dates for trainings to be taken and completed. This person will receive emails when trainings are overdue and not passed. Staff members will be notified when trainings are due and also receive reminders when they are getting close to set deadlines.
At the end of the year, a report can be printed that will detail when staff trainings were taken and passed, simplifying the review process and your CARF® survey process. If the CARF® surveyor is not familiar with our trainings, paper copies can be downloaded (along with answer keys and brief tutorials regarding missed questions) so the surveyor can review the material to ensure its adequacy.
In addition, your organization can enter trainings via the Custom Training Entry Module, creating online trainings customized for your organization and staff.
