Electronic Corporate Compliance Reporting

Our anonymous electronic corporate compliance reporting system allows  staff members to anonymously report fraud and/or abuse. When a report is entered, an email will be sent to an organization’s corporate compliance officer(s), informing them a report has been submitted. 

The corporate compliance officer enters data, detailing the results of the investigation along with personnel, family members and visitors interviewed. A summary of the investigation, explanation of the investigation, recommendations, disciplinary action, etc. along with the date of the incident, date the incident was reported and the date the investigation was completed are all stored to ensure proper documentation of events to help ensure compliance with the timelines indicated by an organization's corporate compliance policy.
