Job Description Maintenance/Review
CARF® mandates that Job Descriptions are reviewed by management and individual personnel on an annual basis. Using the Accreditation Now electronic Job Description Reviews functions can save a substantial amount of time and help ensure compliance.
Job Descriptions may be entered into the system, individuals responsible for reviewing their job descriptions can be given access to review and they will be sent a reminder when it is time for the descriptions to be reviewed. They can signify online that they have reviewed and at the end of the year a report can be generated showing which job descriptions were reviewed, the date of the review and the individual(s) who did the review.
Management personnel responsible for annually reviewing all job descriptions will be emailed reminders when reviews are coming due and will be able to review and update job descriptions online. A report can be produced displaying when management reviewed job descriptions that can be provided for an organization's CARF® Survey.
